INVITES APPLICATION FOR SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION IN EXECUTIVE

          Details of Vacancies :

Branch/Cadre : SSC Executive (Information Technology) 

         Eligible Qualifications :

• A candidate must have minimum 60% marks in English in class 10+ 2 and one of the undermentioned educational qualification with minimum 60% overall qualifying marks, in either or a combination of the following. 

Note :

• Candidates who have obtained a degree in Engeenering (regular/integrated) with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA/Systemfrom such foreign university/colleg/institution.
• The university/college/should be recognised by the Government of India for the purpose or Engineering Degree/Equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities established under AIU, Act 1973 . 

a). MSc/BE/B Tech ( Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engeenering / Computer Engeenering / Information Technology Software System / Cyber Security System Administration & Networking/ Data Analytics / Artificial intelligence). OR

b). MCA with BCA/BSc (Computer Science / information Technology). 

       Selection Procedure :

a) Shortlisting application will be based on normalised marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree normalised using formulas. 

b) BE / B. Tech. For candidates or are in fin year of BE/B Tech, marks obtained upto fifth semester will be considered for SSB shortlisting. 

c) Post - Graduate Degree Programme. For candidates who have completed MSc/MCA/M.Tech, marks obtained in all semester will be considered. For final year students pursuing MSc/MCA/M Tech, marks obtained till pre will be considered. 

d) Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their shortlisting for SSB interview through e-mail or SMS (provided by candidates in their application form) Candidates are advised not to change their e-mail/mobile number till selection process is over. 

e) Change of SSB Centre for examination/interview is not permissible under any circumstances. 

f) Candidates are to download the call up latter on receiving intimation from NHQ/DMPR via SMS/email (provided by candidates in their application). Any  correspondences regarding change of SSB dates should be addressed to the call up officer of the concerned SSB on receipt of call up letter. 

g) No compensation is admissible in case of any injury sustained as a result of tests during SSB interview. 

h) AC 3 tier rail fare is admissible for the SSB interview, if appearing for the first time for particular type of commission. Candidates are required to bring photocopy of the first page of pass book Or cheque leaf where the name. A/C No. &IFSC details are mentioned, while appearing for SSB.

Pay & Allowance/Group Insurance &Gratuity/Leave Entitlement/Duties of Offecers. 

The besic pay of SubLt Starts from Rs. 56100/- along with other allowances as admissible.Details are available on the Indian Navy website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.

How to Apply :

Candidates are to register and fill application on Indian Navy website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. commencing 29/Dec 24 To save time during the application submission window, candidates can fill in their details and upload documents in advance. The online submission of application is as under. 

a) Whilst filling up of the e-application , it is advisable to keep the relevant documents readily available to enable the following:

  1) Correct filling up of personal particular, Details are to be filled up as given in the Matriculation Certificate. 

2) Fields such as e-mail address, mobile number are mandatory fields and need to be filled. 

3) Aadhaar card issued by Unique identification Authority of India(UIDAI). 

b) All relevant documents (preferably in original), marks sheets(for candidates who have completed their degree), date of birth proof (as per (10th &12th  certificate) CGPA conversation formula for BE/B.Tech.NCC-C"  Certificate issued by National Cadet Corps and a recent passport size colour photography, should be scanned in original JPG/TIFF, for attaching as same while filling up the application. Candidates are to take print out of application and carry it while appearing for SSB interview. 

c) If any scanned documents is not legible/readable for any reason the application will be rejected. 

d) The application once submitted will be final and no request for amendments/change will be entertained. 

Note : 1] Please read the instructions given on website carefully before finally submitted your online application. 

2] Your candidates will be cancelled if any declaration is found wrong at any stage of selection. 

3] Use/Possession of narcotics is banned. Candidates may be tested for presence of drugs SSB selection medical/training an subsequently during service.If  candidates is found be would be  is found to be using/in possession of narcotics during any time of selection/medical/training/service, candidate would be debarred from joining the Indian Navy or be removed from service if already joined. 

d) Your application is subject to subsequent security and the application can bs rejected, if found INELIGIBLE/ INVALID at any of time.
