The summary of vacancies for various posts is furnished below for reference. Further, the parameters (Qualification, Medical standard and Suitability of the the post for PwBD  etc.) Of various posts included in the CEN are at Annexure A and the Railway and post wise vacancy for all the notified posts is at Annexure B. However, Railway reserves the right to revise these vacancies in part or full. 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS-REGISTRATION & SUBMISSION ON ONLINE APPLICATION :

1) Candidates should ensure that they possess/fulfill all conditions prescribed for the posts as on the closing date of submission of online application i.e. as on 22/02/2025. CANDIDATES WAITING FOR FINAL RESULTS OF PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION WHOSE FINAL RESULTS WILL BE DECLARED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION SHOULD NOT APPLY. 

2) Before filling up of the online application, candidates are advised to throughly read the entire instructions and information in the CEN contained in this notification and available on the website of RRBs. 

3) Candidates are advised to visit only official website of the RRBs/RRCs indicated at Pata 21.0 (A&B) of this CEN and be very cautious about fake websites and job racketeers. Date for CBT and result of CBT will be uploaded on the official websites of the RRBs/RRCs will not entertain any request for change of mobile number and e-mail address at any stage. Only one Online Registration is permitted through one mobile number and email ID under this CEN. 

5) Application are to be submitted ONLINE only through the link provided on RRB website ONLY listed at Para. 21.0(A) of this CEN. Only one application is required to be submitted to be selected Railway for all it's notified posts in this CEN. Candidates can apply to only one Railway. Application to more than one Railway one Railway will lead to rejection of all the application. Any attempt to submit more than one application by a candidate against this CEN shall result in disqualification and deberment. 

Medical Fitness :

Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the prescribed Medical Standards for the post they are opting for. It is to be noted by the candidates that is case the candidates is found to be medically unsuitable for the opted post at the time of appointment, alternative, appointment shall not be given.

NATIONALITY/CITIZENSHIP :

A candidate must be either :

a) a citizen of Indian, or

b) a citizen of Nepal, or

c) a subject of Bhutan, or

d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently setting in India, or

e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, SriLank, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zanbai, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently setting in India. 

f) Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

Please see Annexure -A for the prescribed qualifications for each post. 

a) Candidates must already have the Educational/Technical qualifications prescribed in the CEN from recognized Institute/University as on the last date (i.e.22-02-2025) for submission of ONLINE application. 

b) Those  awaiting results of their final examination of the prescribed minimum educational/technical qualifications SHOULD NOT apply. 

c) Diploma/ Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprentices/ITI  for the post of Level-1 unless otherwise specified. Graduate Act apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Courcse Completed Act Apprenticeship (CCAA). 

Process of Payment :

1) For all candidates except the concession categories mentioned below at SI. No. 2      - Rs. 500/-

Out of this fee of Rs. 500/- an amount of Rs. 400/- shall be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing in CBT. 

2) For PwBD/Female/Transgender/Ex-Servicemen candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/Minority Communities/Economically Backward Class(EBC). - Rs. 250/-

This fee of Rs. 250/- shall be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing in CBT. 

Modes of Payment of Fee :

a)  Online fee payment only through internet banking, debit/credit cards or UPI etc. Will be accepted. All applicable service charges be borne by the candidates. 

b) Fee can be paid by the candidates through ONLINE mode only. There will be no option to pay fee through any other mode. 

c) Application received without the prescribed fee shall not be considered and will be summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection will be entertained.

VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS & FORMAT OF CERTIFICATES :

a) Candidates shortlisted for DV will have to produce all their original documents along with sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of DV. 

b) Further, there candidates are advised to upload the scanned copies (in true color) of Photo & Signature before their DV date through the portal-https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv.

c) All certificates should be either in English or Hindi only. Where certificates are not in English/Hindi, self-attested translated version (in Hindi/English) should be produced wherever /whenever required. Certificates produced during the DV should be strictly in the prescribed formats. 

d) No additional time will be given to the candidates not producing their original certificates on their date of DV and the candidates is liable to be forfeited. 

e) Candidature of candidates absent during the documents verification will be forfeited.
