RECRUITMENT DETAILS :


Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL), is a schedule A' Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of Government of India (Ministry of Railways). It is an ambitious and one of the biggest project in Infrastructure Sector, set-up to build high capacity and high speed rail freight corridors along the golden quadrilateral and it's diagonals. The first Phase comprises of construction & Operation of two dedicated freight corridors Eastern DFC and Western DFC. At present the company has it's Corporate Office at New Delhi (soon to  be shifted at Noida) and Field Units at Ambala, Meerut, Tundla(Agra), Prayagraj (East &West), Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar, Kolkata, Mumbai (North & South), Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Ajmer, Jaipur and Noida.

Qualifications of respectively above posts :


1]Pass  in final examination of CA/CMA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India. 


2]Three years, Diploma in Civil Engg./Civil Engg. (Transportation) /Civil Engg. (Public Health) /Civil Engg. (Water Resource) from a recognized University/Institute with not less than 60% marks. 


3]Three years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Power Supply/Instrumental & Control/Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Digital Electronics & Control System from a recognized University/ Institute with not less than 60% marks. 


4] Information & Communication Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Microprocessor from a recognized university/Institute with not less than 60% marks. 


5] Matriculation plus minimum one year duration Course completed Act Apprenticeship/ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT with not less than 60% in ITI.

Age Relaxation : The upper age - limit is relaxable as under subject to subject to submission of requisite certificate :


a) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates. 


b) By 3 years for OBC - NCL candidates. 


c) By 10 years for PwBD application (15&13 years for PwBD candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC-NCL categories respectively). 


SELECTION PROCESS FOR VARIOUS POSTS :

1]Computer Based Test (CBT) Stage -1  :-

    a) There shall be two -Stage CBT (1st Stage CBT and 2 nd stage CBT) for all Advertised posts. 


   b) The Standard of question for both 1 st and 2 nd stage CBT will be generally in conformity with the Education Standard prescribed for the posts. 


   c) Negative Marking : The shall be negative marking in both 1 st and 2 nd stage CBT and as such 1/4 th of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for each wrong answer. 


   d) 1 st stage CBT will be of screening nature. 


    e) Total score/normalized score of 1 st stage CBT shall be used only for shortlisting candidates for the 2 nd stage CBT.

  •    2 nd stage CBT will consist of 120 multiple Choice Objective Type Question of 01 mark each and the Exam duration will be 120 minutes (160 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates with Scribe). Indicative Syllabus for 2 nd stage CBT is given in Annexure -4. 


Qualifying Marks :


Minimum qualifying marks for different categories will be as under :-

  •    UR/EWS - 40% 
  •    SC/OBC-NCL - 30%
  •    ST - 25%



3]Physical Efficiency Test (PET) :


Male candidates Female/ Transgender candidates
Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down: and Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down. nd
Should be able to run for a 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance. Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.

General Instructions :

  •    Mere fulfilling of minimum criteria will not vest any right to candidates for being called for different stages of Recruitment process. DFCCIL reserves the right to cancel/modidy/alter the Recruitment/Selection process. If need to arises, without assigning any reason whatsoever. 


  •   Candidates having more than one spouse or married  to a person having a spouse living, shall not eligible to apply. 

  • The decision of DFCCIL will be final in all Recruitment related matters of this Advertisement and the DFCCIL will not undertake any responsibility for sending a reply to the candidates, if not selected. 

  •    Selected candidates will be probation for two years the date of 

Joining as per extant policy. They shall be confirmed subject to satisfactory completion of the probationary period including test/training as prescribed. Probation period can be curtailed or extended on merit of individual cases. Employees on probation may be discharged from the service during period of probation without assigning any reasons. 

  •    Canvassing in any form or influencing the official related to the Recruitment process by any means would result in immediate disqualification of the candidate. 

 

  •     DFCCIL strives to have a Advertisement are provisional and women candidates are encouraged to apply. 

  •      Vacancies indicated in the Advertisement are provisional and may increase or decrease or even may become NIL in total or in specific communities/posts at a later stage depending upon the administrative requirements of DFCCIL. Also, additional posts, if required by the DFCCIL may be included at a later stage. The decision of DFCCIL in this regard will be final.
