        Age relaxation :

• The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on cut-off date fir receiving online application i.e.28-12-2024.

• SC/ST/OBC-NCL - Upper age limit is relatable by 05 years in case of SC/ST application and 3 years in case of OBC-NCL applicants. 

SC/ST :- 5 years 

OBC-NCL :- 2 years

• Ex-Servicemen :Upper age is relatable by 10 years in the case of Ex-Servicemen up to the extent of service rendered in Defense Forces. There will not be any upper age relaxation for the children of Ex-Servicemen Or Serving jawans/officers.

PAYMENT OF FEE :

a) Once the online application is complete in all respects on http://scr.indirailways.gov.in/ i.e., filling up of requisite details and uploading the relevant documents in the online application, the candidate will be directed for payment of application fees. 

b). Application Fees (Non-refundable) -Rs. 100/- ( Rupees Hundred only). Transaction charges for online payment, if any, shall be borne by the candidate. 

Mode of Payment :

Candidates will be directed to user details page wherein the details of registered email ID, Phone Number and Application fees to be  paid online through any of the following modes;

1]Net Banking of SBI and Internet Banking of other Banks. 

2]SBI ATM-cum Debit cards. 

3]Credit Cards 

4]SBI UPI. 

No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST candidates /Female candidates of all communities/PwBD candidates. 

On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt with the data entered by the candidate will be generated which should be printed and retained by the candidate. 

   Educational Qualifications :

• The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or it's equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board and also possess ITI Certificate in the trade notified from the Institutes recognised  by NCVT/SCVT.

• The Candidates should process the required qualifications as on date submitting online application. 

ITI Certificate issued by Institutes affiliated to NCVT/SCVT are compulsory

Note : There will be no written test Or viva. 

• MEDICAL FITNESS &PHYSICAL STANDARDS. 

Applicant selected has to produce medical certificate which should be signed by Government authorised doctor (Gaz), not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital at the time of  document verification in prescribed format as per Annexure-G. 

• DocumentsDocuments to be uploaded:
• SsC/10th Class or it's equivalent marks sheet. 
• Proof of Date of Birth. 
• Consolidated Marks Sheet of all semester of the ITI trade in which applied/Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks. 
• National Trade certificate issued by NCVT  Or Provisional National Trade certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT.
• RDAT registration form mentioning  registration number. 
• Community Certificate for SC/ST (as per Annexure -B&C) where application should be uploaded. 
• Disability Certificate in case of PwBD candidates (Disability Certificate in proper format for 40% or more disability) to be uploaded. However Annexure -D/E whichever applicable, must be produced at the time of Document Verification (DV). 
• EWS Certificate as per Annexure-F, if applicable. 
• Medical Certificate which should be signed by Government authorised doctor (Gaz), not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital as per Annexure-G . 
• Discharge Certificate/Serving Certificate Service Certificate in case of candidates applied against Ex-Servicemen quota. 

Note : Production of original documents as started above, at the time of DV os mandatory, without which they will not be allowed to be considered for training. 

Other Conditions :

The decision of the Railway administration in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the application, modern of selection and allotment of Division/Workshop etc, shall be final. 

No correspondences for engagement will be entertained. 

Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidates and no correspondences will be entertained in the matter.
