Relationship Manager : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Manager

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (as on 7/2/2025) 

Educational Qualifications :

• Graduates with 1-10 years of experience in Sales. 
• Any Graduation from Recognized University. 
• Minimum 50% marks under regular course. 

Age :

• Candidate upper age limit as on 07-02-2025, should be not more than 35 years. 

Work Experience :

•  Minimum 1-10 years sales experience in  any organization. 

•  Active service of previous work experience may be counted & fixed for each candidate ip on the sole discretion of the Bank based on experience. 

MODE OF SELECTION :

online Test and Personal Interview

• Initial shortlisting will be done based on the marks scored in the Online Test.

 

• Final Selection will be based on the consolidation marks obtained for Online Test and Personal Interview. 

• Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the application for being called for personal Interview. 

• HDFC Bank reserves the right to make required modifications in selection process considering number of application for the post and also decided the number of applications to be called for Personal Interview. 

• In matters regarding eligibility and selection , HDFC Bank's decision will be final & no further  correspondence will be entertained.
